SS. Peter & Paul School 111 Central Avenue North, P.O. Box 189 Richmond, MN 56368 320.597.2565 Dear business owner, Sts. Peter & Paul School is hosting its first ever golf fundraiser on Monday,
June 16 at the Rich Spring Golf Course. As a business serving Richmond & the surrounding communities, we invite you to
be a part of what we hope becomes an annual fundraising event for the school. We are planning more than just a day of golf.
An entry fee of $70/person will include green fees, golf cart (if needed) and a delicious chicken buffet dinner at the clubhouse
following play. Golfers will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and some extra fun events planned on the course. As a Catholic School in the community, Sts. Peter & Paul is continually challenged
to find ways to raise funds to help offset the expenses so that the cost of Catholic education can be affordable to everyone.
The money that we raise from the fundraiser will be put towards the technology fund for the school. We would like to keep
our technology updated as much as possible for the 117 children enrolled at Sts. Peter & Paul School. We invite you to take part in what is sure to be the start of something great. Golf
will involve a scramble format with two foursomes playing together on each hole. A registration form and sponsorship form
are attached. If there is another foursome that you would like to golf with, please note this on the registration form. Not able to make the tournament, we ask that you consider being a sponsoring: $125 - $499 gets you into the “Good Student Club” – name advertised
at tee box $500 & up will guarantee you to be part of the “Principals Pals Club”.
All members will be advertised via a 18 x 24 sign located out front of the clubhouse. Sponsorship forms are due May 19 and team registration forms are due June 2. Forms are also available on our website at ss-peterandpaul.com or via email at jwalz@warpdriveonline.com. We hope to see you on June 16 and thank you for your support of Sts. Peter &
